Raffle Terms & Conditions 2025

Raffle Details:

Livin and TrailerTech board members/committee executives/management, raffle organisers and their immediate families (those living at the same premises) are not permitted to participate in the raffle.

Method of Draw:

The draw will be conducted through a random barrel draw. An independent scrutineer (e.g., Justice of Peace) will be on-site for the day of the raffle and will assist in keeping the raffle fair and in order. All ticket numbers will be printed the morning of the draw and placed in the barrel. Once all tickets are inside the barrel the barrel will then be locked. A representative from TrailerTech (Sanura Trading) and a representative from the charity Livin (Top Livin Limited) with assist in spinning the rotating barrel. The scrutineer on site will unlock and pick a ticket at random from the barrel. The winner and raffle results will be announced on our website and across our social media platforms.

Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within 7 after draw.

Prize Claim - Winners have 12 months from the date of notification to claim their prize.

Start Date: 1st of May 2025

End Date: 1st of September 2025

If a winner resides in either the ACT or NSW and their prize is not claimed within 3-months from the draw date then another ticket for this prize will be drawn from ACT or NSW entrants only via Random Barrel Draw System at 5 / 84 Christensen Rd South, Stapylton QLD 4207 (TrailerTech HQ).

The redraw winner has 12 months from date of notification to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize: If a prize is not claimed after 6 months from notification, then the regulatory bodies in each state will be notified as required and seek their direction and/or approval to sell the prize and apply the sale proceeds to the beneficiary’s purpose. 

The Promotion is open to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, and TAS and residents only who are aged 18 years and over. Tickets not available for purchase in Northern Territory and Western Australia.

The Prize does not include on-road costs or freight. Pick-up from 5 / 84 Christensen Rd South, Stapylton QLD 4207 is required.
